Our pet amulets are meant to be worn for their unique healing gemstone and crystal properties as well as for adornment.
To be most effective, an amulet must be cleared frequently because nature's gemstones and crystals take on the qualities and energies of what is around them.
A simple gemstone clearing method: Rinse the amulet is cool running water for approximately one minute and then dry it thoroughly before re-attaching it to your animal's collar or bridle. Another method is to sprinkle a layer of sea salt into a glass dish and then place your amulet on top of the layer of salt, and let it remain there overnight.
Guarantee: All purchases will be honored for a 30-day period, during which time the buyer may return the product for a replacement or full refund, minus a 15% shelving and restocking fee plus shipping and handling costs.
Breakage through rough treatment or forcefully dropping the amulet onto concrete is not covered in our replacement or refund policy. For a full refund or replacement of an amulet due to breakage, a defect has to be present in one of the components to cause the product breakage.
If replacement is warranted, we will make every effort to replicate the original amulet in size, shape and color. However, each and every gemstone is unique and varies in shape, size and coloring. Therefore, Healing Pet Jewelry cannot guarantee an exact replication.
It is the customer's responsibility to pay return shipping and handling on all transactions.
The clasp, crystal, and gemstone must be returned to us to qualify for a refund or replacement, including any and all other components or pieces when possible.
